Jackson: What do you think Brinson is doing in his room right now?

Me: I have no idea. I wouldn't be suprised if he was watching dirty videos.


Jackson: What do you think Brinson is doing in his room right now?

Me: I have no idea. I won't be suprised if he is watching dirty videos.

The reason I asked the second follow up question is that being on the phone is a real suation and in my previous situation "watching dirty videos" was an unlikely situation. So, I wonder if my second example is correct as well.
