Vocabulary

correct choice...

Hi,
Which one is suitable for this sentence? Why?
I am positive/figure I'll see Emma today since she is in my English class.
Would the answer be different if we have I am not positive instead of I am positive?
Would the answer be different if we have she is my teacher for English class?
Thanks in advance.
