Correct as a noun?

Hi. Please tell me if it is OK to use a phrase like "content-building" or "sentence-writing" as a part of an outline or sort of a subheading?

I believe we do use the phrase "cookie-making" as a noun.

eg,

We'll have do cookie-making on Thursday.
