Hi, I just would like to check that these are all correct and have a similar meaning:

It has been one year since I joined this company
It is one year since I joined this company.
It has been one year after I joined this company.
It is one year after I joined this company.

It has been one year since I joined this company OK. You started you employment one year ago.
It is one year since I joined this company. Not as natural. The previous sentence is much better. You can say this: It is now one year since I joined this company.
It has been one year after
