Correct abbreviation for the word number or Identificatiions.

I volunteer and help with a journal for the CE tests and am Co-chair of a committee.. I have made many changes however think I need to make another.

This journal may be accessed on-line at . The

QUIZ REFERENCE ? since it has an alphanumeric character) are 36-1 and 36-1A, and EXPIRATION DATE is March 31, 2012.

What would be the most appropriate abbreviatio for numbers

NUMB was listed for abbreviations online or NOS. was in oxford journal. However there are more accronyms for NUM and NOS. online that just numbers.

Also since one of the quizzes has an alphnumeric character, I thought it best to use Identifications. Would ID's or IDs be the appropriate use. What would be the most appropriate abbreviationf for Identifications since there are two quizzes total. I am appreciative of the suggestions that you have to offer.
