Grammar

Correct?

Hi, everyone.

Could you proofread this?

When I am sitting at a/the(?) table in a restaurant, having a knife in my right hand and fork in the left one, I start to think whether I should follow this way of eating or not.

Thanks!

) a table in a restaurant, having a knife in my right hand and fork in the left one, I start to think whether I should follow this way of eating or not. The grammar is correct, but you could make your sentence a little more idiomatic (natural) like this: When I am sitting at a table in a restaurant with a knife in my right hand and a fork in the left, I start wondering whether I should be eating this way.
