Correct?

Me: Hey how are you?

Girl: I am good what about you?

Me: I am good as well.

Girl: Do you need to say anything to me?

Me: Yes, I am actually wondering if you would go for a coffee with me.

Girl: Right now?

Me: Yes.

Is this conversation correct? If yes, what does would mean in the sentence?
