I am very sad that my wallet got stolen; I am wondering who could have stolen it.
I'm in a hurry so not able to analyse how natural the whole thing sounds (it's not great but understandable) but the real error is 'stole'. You need 'stolen' in both instances as it's the past participle that's required.
