Correct?

It was anticipated that I would do better in the training than Jack. = I was anticipated to do better in the training than Jack. Am I correct? If not what would be the correction?

Not correct. It's extremely rare that the subject is a person when you use 'was anticipated to ...' as the verb. In fact, even when the subject is not a person, this construction is not very common.
