Correct?

The meeting was supposed to happen at 2 pm but it got pused back to 3 pm. In the meantime, you will have to work on the project.

Any correction needed?

The meeting was scheduled for 2 pm, but it was pushed back to 3 pm. In the meantime, you will need to (begin? continue?) working on the project.
