Correct?

A: Every time my grandmother would come to my house, she would bring me chocolates.
B: Every time my grandmother came to my house, she would bring me chocolates.
C: Do you remember the time that we shared when I would run my finger through your hair?
D: If I had known you would go to the party, o would have picked you up.
E: If I had known you would have done the job by the time or before Jack got it done, I would have released you earlier.

Are all of these sentences correct? Also the sentence A and B mean the same, right?
