Today, I want to tell you about one of my favorite movies. Its name is 'Sad Story'.
Today, I want to tell you about 'Sad Story', one of my favorite movies.

I think the title is more correct with inverted commas.

Today, I want to tell you about one of my favorite movies entitled 'Sad Story'.

It's accceptable with a comma after 'movies',. Without the comma you have a defining relative clause and are talking about more than one movie named 'Sad Sory'.
