Correct?

I find it necessary to get excited being a member of our company. Is this correct?

It is grammatical, but I find the meaning very strange. Perhaps it does not say what you want.

It has the feel of not saying what it intends to say. I'm getting a vague sense of this:

I don't want to work for a company that I don't feel excited about.

Or this:

You have to be self-motivated to work for our company.
