Does the following sentence make sense?

"--he sighs at her stubbornness and the way her name tumblers from his lips makes her gasp."

It would benefit from a comma after "stubbornness". I assume "tumblers" should read "tumbles". If it is supposed to be a sentence then it should start with a capital letter.
