Correct?

"Apparently, everybody has that type of co-worker these days..."

"Apparently, everybody is having that type of co-worker these days..."

Can both tenses be used? Or I must use a specific one?

Also, it's well used "everybody" or I should use "everyone"?

"everybody" is fine. "everyone" means the same thing,
