My bus is having technical problems. - This part is okay.

i wanting for it to resume - This part is not. What do you want to say? You are waiting? You want it to resume?

Please note that I is a capital letter in English.

Perhaps:

... I'm hoping it will restart/resume working
.. I'm hoping it'll be soon repaired/fixed.

Or you could say this:

My bus broke down. I'm waiting for it to be repaired.

Sorry typo; "I'm waiting for it to resume"

As the others have suggested, I waiting for it to be repaired, because "it" is the bus. Otherwise, I'm waiting for the journey to resume, or something like that.
