Correct?

Hi,

Can you say:
" She took you hard down " (with words)

If so, is it commonly said?

Thanks

For example:

2 girls were exchanging words but a friend of one of the girls says: wow (she took you hard down) = not sure it's the right expression

thx

Hi,

I still don't understand what she meant. Can you say it in another way?

Is it "She took you down hard" Like I can imagine that being said in a debate and one side lost badly. "Wow, she really knows her information, she took you down hard". Only situation I can see.
