Corporation, group, inc

Hi everyone. Corporation, group and inc are used widely for some big companies.
What is the difference between them ?

Hi, NPL. Well, there's no difference between "corporation" and "INC" which means "incorporated". But "group" defines a set of companies related in any way doing business together, normally belonging to a same Board of Directors, or owner.
