Corporate Introduction Letter

I would like to get some suggestion for the below written letter, as i have newly taken up the responsibility of Business Development and i need to get in touch with the procurement managers of some of the leading retail clients. I have made a draft of the letter which i am going to send them as a introduction letter but before that i would like to know, how to go about writting a mail to the admin asking for the contact details of the procurement manager so that i can have direct communication with hi/ her. Your kind help would be appreciated. (It would be mainly through E-Mail)
