Corporate banking

Hi

I have googled the term "corporate banker" but didn't get any clear result. What is this "corporate banking"? I think it involved mamaging the financial affairs of corporations but doesn't every bank offer the facility of 'business account'? You know there are: savings account, student account, salary account etc. What is so special about "corporate banking" then?

Please help me. Thank you.

Best regards
