corky

If a person is jumping up and down in front of me, happy that he got into a prestige university, can I say he's corky?
Thanks.

Hm, not quite good for what you need:
--------
corky

light or buoyant in spirits : LIVELY, SKITTISH<a jovial corky fellow>
Merriam-Webster Unabridged

Could you modify the original or suggest a good example?

I don't see a clear example in the link. In fact, I did search without the key word slang before posting and it also returned a lot of Corky as a name.
