Hello.

Since copyright is not applied in my country, I am not aware of its details. On what conditions can one copy some pages from a copyrighted bok?

I don't really see your problem. If you are in Iran, and Iran does nor regognise the concept of copyright, then you can copy anything you like in Iran without breaking any Iranian law. You may decide that copying more than x% of a work is unacc
