Dear teachers,
please check this sentence and tell me if it can work.
"I suggest you not to use our design, because our stand designs are protected by the copyright"
Here I feel that something is wrong but I cannot say what....
Just to let you understand, in few words, we fear that this person can ask a second company to build OUR stand design.
Could I also say "our stand design are under copyright"?

"You shouldn't use our design, because..."
