copula verbs

0Am i correct in saying that in the sentence, "T00he man not bad hearted,” the copula verb is missing. Does anyone think this has the affect of breaking conventional grammatical norms and creating a spondaic foot with the 'man'(content word) and the 'not' (contrastive stress) being emphasised. 02br
