Coordinating Conjuntions and Subordinating Conjunctions

I'm having trouble puntuation sentences that contain co-ordinate conjunctions and subordinating conjunctions. Sometimes I think I am writing a comma splice, or is it even proper to contain both in one sentence.

For example, how would you punctuate the following sentence: Im twenty years old, so I cannot gamble in Las Vegas even though I wish I could.

I know that even though is a subordinating conjunction, but does it need a comma?

Also, I was wondering if there can be two coordinating conjunctions in one sentence. For instance: I'm a Biology major, so I am profficient in APA fromatting but I do fine with both MLA or APA

Does the but need a comma?

Thank you.

Hi, Anonymous I know that even though is a subordinating conjunction, but does it need a comma? You shouldn't use a comma when the subordinate clause follows the main clause: I'm twenty years old, so I cannot gamble in Las Vegas even though I wish I could.
