Cooperation

Dear all,
Can you, please, help me with the following. I am looking for an adequate word instead of cooperation in the context:

We are proud of our long-term cooperation with Italian patients who represent 90% of our customer base. Our fruitful cooperation is not only due to the quality of our services but also to attractive prices, much lower than prices in Italy.

1) Can you have a cooperation with your client if you provide a service to him? It is not that you are actually working together on the same level, isn't it?
2) Is it OK to have a definite article before ''quality of our services"?
3) Can you think of a more smooth way of finishing this sentence (the green part).

Thank you in advance

1) As far as I can tell from the context you provide, "cooperation" is probably not the right word. "relationship" might be better. 2) Yes.

  • 3) I would suggest this: Our fruitful relationship is due not only to the quality of our services but also to our attractive prices, which are much lower than prices in Italy.
