That one is fine, but a little bit difficult for my tongue! (chicken in the kitchen)

Thanks. If I say,

(A) My hobby is cooking fried rice to my grandparents.

Is that correct?

For, not to. If you want to know why, just do some research on EF. The difference has been dicussed at length. Your sentence is fine otherwise

Hi Vincent,

I would suggest that we use for instead of to; it sounds better.

My hobby is cooking fried rice for my grandparents.

A hobby is a wider word than just cooking one particular dish for one set of people. You might say cooking is a hobby, but not so specifically as in your example.

A hobby is more than something you enjoy doing.

I like to cook fried rice for my grandparents.

Is this fine?

Yes, that's fine.

Just as an aside - and it's one of those completely illogical things about English that catches a lot of learners - although we might say 'yes, that's fine' we don't ever ask 'is this fine?' Is this ok/right/correct would be natural. (and then of course the answer might be, yes it's fine. One of those odd quirks I'm afraid.)
