This cannot be converted to passive voice because the verb is intransitive (i.e., the sentence has no direct object).

Mr M is right. However, the house itself does not let anything even though the active infinitive may suggest that to speakers of other languages than English. Even in English, it is possible to use the logical passive infinitive: There is no house to be let.

This is yet another oddity of English usage since
