00 B: Yes that is right. But, the house that I renting at the moment has been sold last couple of months. The new owner would like to make some renovation. So that, I need to move. 02 br

00 A: Have you found the new house? I think it is hard to rent a house especially during this time of the year when students are going to start their new semester. Majority of the houses are booked by them. 02 br

00 B: That’s make me really scare! Luckily, one of my friends is going home to our country for good. The owner of his house has offered me to replace her. Without waiting much longer, I accepted the offer. 02 br
