Conversation with someone

Hi,
I would like to have conversation with someone to improve my English speaking skill. I have been in United States for years but I do not have much chance to have conversation with someone who is an English-speaker. Most of time we are only greeting each other such as "hello, how are you doing", "Have a nice day" or "It is a sunny day". Thoes greeting conversation is not enough to me.
Everyday, I read internet news, such as cnn.com, msnbc.com, washingtonpost.com and bbc.com etc.
But I would very appreciate that someone can have converstaion with me to try me sponstane conversation skill.
