Conversation between student and teacher.

Me - students may I have anyone's book?

Kid - yes sir, take it.

Me - thanks Robert I'll return your book within two days. Is it ok to you?

Kid - yes sir it's completely ok, but why do you need my book for two day.

Me - actually your exams are coming up/approaching, so I have to make questions from it and suggestions to give you. I'll return your book once I am finished making questions from it./once I finish making questions of it.

Is that correct conversation please help me.

And is it correct to say once I am done or finished making questions from or of it?
