Conversation at office about interview

Hello, Good evening everyone.
Please Correct my statements.

John : may come in sir,
Admin : yes, please sit down. What about you John?
J : Fine, sir.
A : Please show your C.B.
J : Here is my C.B.
A : OK, That's fine. Your educational background is good.
So, first question, From which department have you completed your Graduation?
J : From anthropology.
A : I see. John, You are looking so fade up, Why? Do you get afraid/fear?
J : Something sir, Because this is my first time to sit for 'interview'. That's why, I feel afraid / I am feeling afraid.
A : OK, That's not a problem. It can happen.Now, How much do you have eagerness/attention to do this job.
J : Sir, I have attention certainly. That's why, I have come here.
A : OK, I felt good by talking with you. You can go John.
J : Thank you sir.
A : Welcome
