Conversation.

Example not a real incident.

I had a conversation with my colleague.

You have been/gone through an interview to be selected as a teacher in this school. During the interview you were asked a particular question on being able to speak English fluently and to communicate with others in English as well. but from the very first day you have been speaking in "Bengali" which doesn't seem good at all, at least being an English teacher.

Do we get through an interview

Do we have been through an interview

Do we face interview

What can be used in the first line?

Apart from punctuation is there any other mistake please let me know?
