A: You need antacid.

Is it ok to say "I have an acid indigestion"?

If I want to say "migraine"----> I have migraine. Is it correct? Should I put "a" ?

It is rather formal, but yes.

I have a migraine.-- This is more usual, though the uncountable is also in use, I believe.
