Hello everybody

Can you please tell me what "convecture" means in this sentence.

"Another heat related phenomenon, pyrocumulus clouds form from the fast and intense heating of an area to create convecture, which in turn creates a cumulous cloud."

Hey I also saw this on imgur; multiple rare weather phenomenons..

I think the word they meant to use was convection.
