Controversial talk shows or move its operations out of the country
Question 1:
Wouldn't it have been more clearer if it were broadcast operations?
In June 2008, the UAE Government asked GEO to drop 2 of its controversial talk shows or move its operations out of the country.
Question 2:
I wrote above: Wouldn't it have been more clearer.... Isn't it a wrong sentence? clearer is already a word which is used to compare two things, therefore using more alongside clearer would just add redundancy.

'broadcast' may be too limiting; there is no way to judge from the context, however.
2-- I think you should know by now without advice that more calmer, more better, more happier are wrong formations.
