Control center ? Operations center ?

Hi, I'd like to know what is the best English term for a call center in a logistics company, that receives calls from couriers and customers in regard to the delivery process of the customers' packages. Would that be Control Center, Operations Center, or something else ? This term should be used on a resume, and therefore must be correct. Also, is there a specific term for a worker in such a call center, or should he or she just be called a "<call center name> worker / representative" ? Thank you.
