Contractions in SPOKEN Business English?

Dear Teachers,

I know that using full forms can be very important in written Business English, but should we apply the same principle for spoken B.E.?

If yes, what are the rules ; when can we use contractions and when full forms?

Could you let me know, please? Thanks!

Broadly speaking, contractions are fine in BE speaking. Full forms sometimes add emphasis. They are also often used in eg a formal speech to an audience.
