Hi. I just asked a question about a contract between a manufacturer (Supplier) and a sales agent (Distributor).

I have another question. Hope you could help me.


>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law within the Territory, the Supplier shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, cause of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), liability or damage of any kind with respect to the Products in excess of the amounts received by the Supplier under this Agreement.
