Verbs like see,look,feel,remember etc. do not have contnuous action form.

I am looking. Is it correct.

I am seeing.

Some verbs (see, look, feel, prefer, agree, contain etc.) are not normally used in continuous form, but there are plenty of specific meanings or uses that authorise this form for some of these verbs.

'I feel sad.'
'I am feeling sad.'

Both of these are OK. 'Feel' is a physical sensation. The second emphasizes the experience at the moment.
