for the 2 questions below, content, contents, context or contexts is suitable?

sentence1:
I decide not to explain the content/contents/context/contexts techincally.

sentence2:
I need to provide feedback regrading the content/contents/context/contexts which are unclear.

1: when the word "content " refers to the all the contents, it should be uncountable.

2: when the word "content" refers to part of all the contents, then it should be countable.
