Contented with

Is it possible to say:

I'm very contented with that.

I know you can say you are content with something, but I guess you can say you are contented with something too. The problem is: what's the difference between content and contented? It looks a bit confusing.

The problem is: what's the difference between content and contented? It looks a bit confusing. It seems "contented" is more like "happy", while "content" is more like "satisfied with what you have". So I guess you can say:
I am very contented with my new career.
