Content, language and tenses

Hi all,

I have tried to write out a short paragraph on this topic called: Adjusting to a different culture. I hope that you guys can help to pin point what are the mistakes in this paragraph.

People often have difficulties in adjusting to a different culture for three reasons. Firstly, a sudden change in climate might pose problems for people coming from countries that have little changes in their climate. The dramatic changes in climate, such as China, might caused people to fall sick easily as their immune system are not able to handle these changes well. Secondly, communicating with people from diverse background. People coming from countries that use their mother tongue language to communicate solely will find it hard to adjust in a country that places great importance on English language. The difference in language barrier pose as a challenge to them and it might even caused them to feel isolated. Thirdly, the different living habits from each countries. People who are used to live in urban areas might find it hard to adjust well in rural areas. They might feel frustrated easily as the rural areas are not able to provide some of the advanced facilities they had back in their countries. In conclusion, it takes time for one to adjust well in a culture that is completely new to them.
