Content-dependent?

Hi. I think numbers 1 and 2 probably mean some of the rooms of the house and not all, whereas number 3 means all of the past Presidents of the U.S.A. Please note the underlined parts. What do you think? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. Students will be able to identify and talk about the rooms of the house.
2. Students will be able to identify and talk about rooms of the house.
3. Students will be able to identify and talk simply about the past Presidents of the U.S.A.
