Contemplate + question word

Is it correct to use contemplate with a question word?

I am contemplating how to make this work.

I am contemplating what to do next.

I’m not sure it is possible. Could you give me examples if it’s possible?

thank you

It is possible and you just gave two examples. I'm contemplating whether my car will explode, how many years I have left to live, which forum question to bungle next, who will give me my next contract, and when that will occur. I'm contemplating whether I might be over-contemplating.
