Contact lenses

Hi,

I wear contact lenses so if somebody asked me about my prescription, I would probably say:

''My prescription is +1,30 diopters for both eyes.''

Could you offer me any other alternatives? I can't seem to think of anything else off the top of my head.

I have one more question apart from the original one. Would it be natural if I said: ''I was wearing +1,35 diopter contact lenses.''

Thank you!

Both those sentences sound OK to me,except I never hear anyone speak in such a technical way. I got a new prescription last month. I have no idea what it was.
