Contact and touch

Hi teachers~

I am trying to figure out the difference between get in touch and get in contact.

I know get in touch with someone means start contact by email or phone. How about get in contact?

Dictionaries said make contact means get in touch. Are make contact and get in touch interchangeable?

So now I am very confused about them.

Which is the same as get in touch with someone?

Make contact or get in contact?

Or none of them?

Thanks a lot~~~
