"constitutionally" - regarding character

Is it correct to use "constitutionally" e.g. suited/unsuited in regard to present character or personality, or would you recommend a different word?

Top answer

Suited/unsuited for a given task, that is. For example, someone is making irrational decisions in a matter that requires rationality, but still thinks this would be the right attitude. And is this a possible usage of the word "constitutional"?
