In terms of words' pronunciation or the writing system? For the latter, there is "fly". I don't think we can make sound without vowels.

Sorry, I think I'm wrong. My language treats "vowel sound" and "written vowel" separately. Maybe that's not the case in English. So I think the "y" in "fly" is a vowel.
