Consonant + Dark L Pronunciation

Hey guys, I recently learned a new technique to pronounce the consonant + dark L pattern. I'm going to say a bunch of words and please tell me if I'm doing it correct.

People Table Noodles.
People are eating noodles at the table.

Maybe saying it fast can make it more natural? I'm going to try saying it fast!
